Operating for over 30 years, Hurley’s required a major strategic shift to continue to surprise and delight customers but also align with the mixed global and local clientele and their ever-changing lifestyle in Grand Cayman. Scope of work included: transformation from a traditional grocery store to an elevated food experience across all branded touchpoints consisting of interior design, communications, digital, uniforms, shopping bags, private brands, and delivery service.
