In storage facilities, we often work with repetitive spaces in identical settings. The architecture usually does not offer individuality or complexity. Therefore, it becomes confusing for customers to find their way. Hence, clear wayfinding is an essential part of the process. Knowing where and how to use wayfinding, making it more memorable, and helping people find their way in and out again make the XYZ facility so unique and a head of its game in the storage industry.
